Hello Yochai, it all seems to have gone a bit quiet on this front recently. I'm looking to start a new campaign with my local dad's boardgame group and it seems that Cairn would be a good fit, is 2e available/going to be available to buy soon?
The player's guide is already available. You can get it from the Cairn website.
The pre-order store will be up very soon as well if you missed the Kickstarter.
Just started reading it. One quick (tiny/niggling) thing caught my eye. Montebank is normally spelled mountebank. Sorry if that's petty. (I probably don't need to spell check but maybe it's helpful)
Also: parentage instead of parontage (pg 13)
Bond 18 (pg 14) uses 'he' for the entertainer which I believe you oft avoid in favor of they. Perhaps intentional.
Excited to keep reading
That's how it is spelled! I see a typo in one of the tables though, nice catch!
Sorry - yes, it was in the table and was correct elsewhere. I edit as a habit when I read... can't help it. Tossed the first few things I noticed here.
Have had fun with Cairn in the past btw. Thanks for your efforts. Also enjoy the pod.
It looks so good. Can’t wait to see what else you add to the overland/hex crawl contents. Are you bringing in any elements from the bestiary or leaving those on the website?
Those are going in the Warden's Guide.
